Our Warehouse Supervisor, reporting to the Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating the daily functions of the concentrated areas. Warehouse concentration – will work as a liaison between Front End, Traffic Supervisor and Operations Supervisor. This position will be responsible for chasing orders to ensure the timely completion for delivery. Supervise the shipping and receiving personnel and assist with Easton Fleet.

 

What you will be doing

Assist the Operations Manager with some daily decision matters.

Assist the Operations Manager in setting and obtaining strategic goals and objectives for the area.

Manage orders for picking and loading.

Responsible for shipping, receiving, steel & parts personnel.

Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by executing the periodic cycle count process.

Oversee the storage and distribution of all items received from suppliers ensuring a smooth and consistent operation.

Be a liaison between both shifts and ensure smooth shift transition.

Coordination of orders to assure completion in time for loading and making scheduled deliveries.

Will work closely with finance team on executing the year end physical inventory.

Care and PM of forklifts.

Responsible for managing rack space and maintaining rack safety by doing regular inspection.

Responsible for Stock Position/Buyouts/Inventory.

Coordination with CSR daily.

Ability to direct and train others

 

What we are looking for

Must have high school diploma or GED

Previous leadership experience

Forklift and warehousing experience preferred

Able to read and write legibly

Ability to analyze orders

Able to communicate well and direct employees

Good knowledge of mathematics

Able to work on own initiative

Ability to walk and stand for all of the work shift

Must be able to exercise good leadership skills

Must be able to exhibit good motivational and interpersonal skills

Must be oriented to thrive in a team environment whereby the collective efforts of the entire group achieve a common goal.
