Transaction Tax Advisory Opportunity: Manager or Senior Manager – Hybrid in Texas
Our client is seeking a talented Transaction Tax Advisory Manager or Senior Manager to join their experienced team in Texas. This is a Hybrid opportunity with the idea of being in the office 1-3 days a week at one of their Texas offices (Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Woodland Hills).
The firm is particularly well-known in financial services, energy, manufacturing and distribution, construction, technology, real estate, health care, and government. The Firm is unique because they serve highly prominent clientele like the Big 4 Firms, however, the difference is that you don’t have to work Big 4 hours. Work-Life Balance is heavily emphasized!!!
The role will manage tax due diligence engagements in leading the M&A tax staff, and coordinate with other team members, such as state and local tax services and international tax teams, to complete diligence reports, evaluate transactions, and complete other transaction-related engagements.
There is a ton of room for growth in this opportunity as well. Should an individual want to progress into Upper Management, there are very clear and concise career tracks in place to help guide employees toward Director and Partnership levels. Mentorship is a core value for them!!!
Benefits include:
Compensation Target: $100,000 – $175,000 (depending on title and experience)
Performance-Based Bonus Plans
$2,500 Bonus for coming in with a CPA license or a $1,600 bonus for obtaining a CPA license while employed at the firm.

Qualifications:
5+ years of federal and/or state tax experience, ideally with a focus on private equity or private equity-backed clients
Master’s degree in Accounting or related field and/or LLM in taxation
CPA or CPA candidate or Bar Admission required
Experience in M&A and private equity transactions is preferred, but not required
