Job Description:
The School District of Milton is seeking a flexible and adaptable individual for our AVID Tutor program at Milton Middle School. Applicants do not need to have content expertise, but will be trained in assisting small groups of students. This position will begin as soon as possible and will consist of working from 7:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays. It is important that the AVID tutor will be able to commit to all dates and times.

A starting wage of $15.15 per hour is offered for AVID Tutors, with additional compensation available for candidates with instructional aide experience in a public-school setting.

Qualifications:
The School District of Milton is seeking individuals who will be able to assist students within the AVID program and help students with questions from course work. Candidates should be organized, have strong communication skills, be able to collaboratively work with others and have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
