In this role, you will take part in an exciting opportunity to evolve our asset management philosophy with the aim of aligning and operationalizing asset strategies into other parts of the business and the appropriate plans, drive processes and initiatives related to collection and execution of documented asset strategies and support achievement of roadmaps, identify, investigate, and evaluate project tools (e.g., dashboards) to achieve asset management strategy and overall business objectives, and lead and collaborate with OUs to investigate and operationalize documented asset-related process and data improvements to achieve long term value for the company. You will be a vital liaison to ensure our infrastructure replacement outlook comes into fruition.
- Lead implementation of the asset strategy catalog and its integration into optimization model to support company-wide project portfolio
- Influence the integration of new processes and guides reconciliation of asset strategies within planning and regulatory efforts such as the Business Plan, Operating Plan, General Rate Case, etc.
- Advise on new processes related to strategy development to improve understanding and operationalization.
- Lead asset prioritization efforts aimed at identifying the appropriate strategies to create or update based on technical data, emergent information, company goals, roadmap aims, and the current business environment
- Advise and influence cross-functional teams (e.g., IT asset management fusion team) to drive toward technologies that will improve efficiency and business capabilities in the areas of Asset Management

Qualifications
The essentials
- Ten or more years of combined experience in technical, strategic planning and/or leading large scale, cross functional projects with high impact to an organization.
- Experience developing presentations and presenting to Senior Leadership.
The preferred
- Master's Degree in Business or other related discipline.
- Experience prioritizing activities, delegating, monitoring assignments, and holding team members accountable for results
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience achieving desired outcomes and actions through negotiation and influence
- Strong oral and written communication skills and must be customer focused to understand and appropriately respond to clients' business needs.
- Experience interfacing effectively and collaborating with internal employees, third party entities, and all levels of management to ensure stakeholder buy-in.
- Must demonstrate strong ethics, interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
