POSITION:
Senior Credit Analyst/Credit Analyst, full-time position located in the Administration South office, Turlock, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
This Credit Analyst role is part of the Special Assets department and is responsible for obtaining, preparing, inputting, and reviewing financial and credit related information; compiling data from credit bureau reports and other sources; performing credit support and completing financial analysis for credit in the Association’s distressed loan portfolio. Other duties associated with the Special Assets department include file maintenance, preparing Borrower Rights, and collection documentation. This position will also provide back-up to the department’s Operations/Credit Support Specialist and will also assist Credit Administration with various special projects.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS degree in business administration or agricultural business with concentration in finance, accounting or equivalent.
- Preferred 3 years’ experience in lending activities.
- Must have good analytical and statistical skills to evaluate, prioritize, and categorize data for credit related activities.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have good computer skills and be proficient in Windows, Excel, Word, and Adobe.
- Must have a good understanding of accounting and finance.
- Agricultural knowledge, experience and education are desirable.

The Base Salary for this position ranges from $4,800 (minimum) – $7,000 (maximum) per month, depending on experience. Position is also eligible to participate in annual incentive program (performance related compensation) earning up to 10% of annual base salary. This program is subject to Board approval.
WORKPLACE FLEXIBILITY PROGRAM:
Yosemite Farm Credit offers a Workplace Flexibility Program for qualifying positions that provides the opportunity to have a hybrid (in office and work from home) schedule. The Workplace Flexibility Program includes an allowance of up to $500 for qualifying expenses to outfit employees’ home office.
