Job Overview

Puff 'n Stuff Catering, Central Florida's premier caterer is seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! To be considered, you must have 3-5 years of applicable experience in a similar position.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling of service team for 20 – 50 events per week. During peak seasonal times throughout the year the number of events will increase to 75 – 125 events per week
  • Assist with the scheduling of other departments when needed
  • Preparation of weekly payroll
  • Periodic support at off-premise events depending upon size and complexity
  • Support and take guidance from the operations team
  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring of operations staff, participation in company sponsored job fairs and retentions strategies. You must possess the ability to identify and hire the best applicants that meet our corporate standard
  • Able to learn, work with and be in communication with the service, operations, and sales teams
  • Service phone rotation
  • Ability to multi-task and handle emergency scheduling situations such as call-outs working quickly to fill in the gaps and relay the information
  • Working with staffing vendors when needed providing details and updates on bookings
  • Reviewing SEO's in Caterease to determine staffing
  • Email SEO's from Caterease to staff and sales teams

  • This position is full-time, and may include evening and weekend hours depending upon the need
