To be successful as the Production Manager, you should possess the following experience:
Experience working as a Production Manager within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
The ability to act as a mentor to junior members of the team and use your team leadership abilities to guide and develop other members of the team
Excellent communication and relationship management skills to drive the profitability of your sit and contribute to the company’s overall growth
