Job Description

We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy (social, print, email, SEO, etc.) for an established, growing product.  As a complete Form I-9 Management System, i9 Success includes an array of centralized solutions to help organizations efficiently and confidently onboard talent.  

The Product Marketing Manager will develop campaign strategy and implement tactics that drive success and generate sales.  The ideal candidate will be well-organized, possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.

This position can be remote or hybrid, based on the location of the candidate.  Occasional travel to headquarters, client locations and trade shows will be required.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead efforts to fully understand the clients’ needs and purchasing process as well as the competitive landscape.

Develop compelling product messaging and positioning that highlights our unique differentiators and demonstrates understanding of our customers’ needs.

Develop marketing campaigns that generate an increased pipeline and result in new customer acquisition.

Collaborate with others on the marketing team to create persuasive content to use across a variety of channels including social media, ads, blogs, videos, emails, etc.Support client engagement and retention efforts through creation of ongoing client communications that are on-strategy and meet business and compliance requirements.

Support enablement of the sales team with collateral, messaging and training.   

Identify and track KPIs to make campaign adjustments that result in continuous improvement.

Monitor the industry landscape to keep current on trends and conversation drivers.

Responsible for CRM data maintenance and the logistical management of scheduling trade shows/conferences/events.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with developing and executing customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Demonstrated expertise leading brand marketing campaigns to drive demand generation efforts.

Ability to apply and adapt practices and techniques to the special requirements evolving business demands. 

Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form. 

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Education & Experience Required

The candidate we are seeking will have a bachelor degree in Marketing or a related field. 

3-5 years of experience in a business-to-business organization within the human capital management market is required.
