Job Description
Rasmuson Foundation is currently looking for qualified applicants to fill two IT positions, an IT Coordinator and an IT Operations Manager.
IT Coordinator
The IT Coordinator is the Foundation’s first point of contact for IT related inquires and troubleshooting. This position reports to the IT Operations Manager and is responsible for workplace installations and upgrades on computers and other Foundation owned devices. The IT Coordinator works with vendors related to the Foundation’s technology systems, coordinating service and maintenance as necessary. This position is also responsible for end-user support and end-user training.
IT Operations Manager
The IT Operations Manager is responsible for the management and execution of the Foundation’s IT infrastructure and budget, ensuring all IT initiatives support the overall goals and objectives of the Foundation. This position reports to the CFO and will improve business operations and efficiency through analysis of technology and workflow; manage IT support requests and ensure satisfactory service delivery; and oversee and coordinate with vendors and external specialists. This position makes recommendations for upgrades to systems and technology equipment as deemed necessary.
