We are looking for a Global Inventory Planning Analyst. We are looking for a candidate who has strong problem-solving skills, financial and business acumen, and excellent data analysis and visualization skills.

This role will be part of the Global Inventory Planning team responsible for optimizing a multi-billion-dollar inventory investment. Inventory is the fuel to our growth engine, and accurately managed inventory directly results in sustainable, profitable growth. Our team manages the Global inventory portfolio and ensures our inventory growth is aligned to our strategic priorities. We’ll rely on this role to deliver the data insights that drive processes and strategies to deliver consumers the best possible product where they want it, when they want it! 

If this is you, you’ll be responsible for delivering performance trend analysis used in global inventory long-range strategy, target setting, and performance standard definitions. You will play a key role in developing and integrating future inventory planning capabilities.

Team

You will report to the Global Director of Inventory Planning and be a critical member of the Inventory Planning team. You will partner with various cross-functional collaborators.

Skill Requirements

3 years of experience in finance, strategy, inventory management, supply planning, analytics, or a related field

Demonstrated success thinking strategically, influencing others, and inspiring change

Proven track record of information seeking; gathering, cleansing, consolidating, and summarizing data from multiple sources, analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to perform in-depth analysis for decision making and scenario modeling

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a particular strength using data to tell a story and influence decisions and actions

Ability to work collaboratively, with outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills

Financial competence, understanding of retail and supply chain KPI’s & concepts

Foundational understanding of a physical supply chain (manufacturing through order fulfillment)

Cultivates innovation and explores multiple alternatives and approaches to overcome obstacles and find solutions, while being an inspiring and authentic teammate

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 to $39/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan.
