Our longstanding client, a top midsized global law firm which is both highly respected and known for its great employer culture, is seeking an experienced HR Manager (site and region lead) to focus on a population of several hundred attorneys and business services staff in their NY office (a key location in their northeast region). This individual will enjoy significant support from their robust centers of excellence but must also enjoy being hands on in areas such as ER, talent management, and some recruiting initiatives. Effectively partnerning with leadership and attorney groups is an important skill, and will necessitate prior ideally large law firm exprience. You’ll enjoy consulting on and contributing to highly visible projects and talent initiatives globally and for their US population of 2000+ individuals. Working on a hybrid model (3 days in their NYC office, 2 from home) and reporting into a fantastic Senior Regional HR leader, the role will allow a great deal of impact as well as steady leadership level/C-suite interaction.
