Job descriptionUnique opportunity to operate a food truck on our waterfront property on Frenchman Bay Maine across from Acadia National Park. The food truck will operate from Sunday to Tuesday during June through October and focus on raw bar items– we grow seaweed, oysters, and urchins. Additional menu items are under consideration as is expanded service days. We also rent kayaks for excursions to the nearby Nature Conservancy managed Stave Island. Possible year round opportunity. Position is well suited to couples. Compensation is base hourly plus a percentage of net profits.
