  • Job will be on-going and project based – project work will fluctuate throughout the year.
  • Work involves clerical related duties in assisting on general, and specialized research projects which pertain to program evaluations to evaluate the effectiveness of Family Court services, and programs.
  • Retrieve information from multiple information systems, and data enter information into other applications;
  • Assist with preparation of reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

(Education above the minimum stated may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required general experience; experience above the minimum stated may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education.)

  • High school diploma or recognized equivalent and
  • Minimum 2 years clerical experience with good alpha-numeric data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Education above the minimum stated may be substituted on a year for year basis for the experience.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must submit to and pass criminal background check as prescribed by Courts, Sex Offender Registry check, and MO/KS Child Abuse and Neglect checks.
  • Employees in this position are subject to random and reasonable suspicion testing for illegal drug use.
