Description
POSITION CONCEPT
Responsible for Tampa Electric Operations business activity support of SAP CRB and related systems with respect to electric-related device management and field activities. Works closely with Customer Experience and other departments to support the systems-related functions of Work Management, Meter Reading, and New Construction.
Serves as liaison between Customer Experience, Billing, System Service, Service Areas, and Meter Departments. Works closely with Billing and Meter Departments to refine processes and resolve issues. Facilitates the optimization of operational performance by enhancing the alignment between business processes and technology.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provides day-to-day support and critical issue resolution to operations personnel for CRB Device Management activities including, but not limited to meter reading activities, work order and contract creations, device management support, meter work, dunning activity, and device related regulatory issues. (50%)
Tasks to be performed include manual corrections related to:
- Meter installations, removals, and reversals
- Manual Meter disconnections and reconnections
- Rate data updates/corrections
- Service Notification corrections, re-processing, and reporting
- Meter Routing and CRB MRU changes
2. Develops and monitors controls related to work management, meter reading, new construction, and electric device CRB data integrity. (10%)
3. Aids in the development of training programs, end-user documentation, and materials related to supported software applications and business processes; facilitates both formal and informal training. (10%)
4. Communicates with Performance Coach on a consistent basis, to keep him/her informed of problems, trends, and performs additional duties and responsibilities as required. (10%)
5. Performs various additional non-exception back office requests such as Technical Master Data (TMD) corrections and various department support. May be required to test fixes for reported incidents. (20%)
